Indeed, as you can see Sheep is cut and the beginning of Shine On You Crazy Diamond (Part I-V) is missing too (like on the vinyl release) I can not confirm that it is from a tape source (I have no info about this, and I've totally lost contact with this trader and had no info about the lineage from him* (I've checked my old emails from the late 90's) - the tracks are cut like on the vinyl source, but but if there is some noise surface sound, it's very slight noise surface sound to my ears lineage : trade CD-R -> XLD rip -> FLAC sorry for the lack of info - I've used absolutely no re-EQ, or anything. All the tracks are totally 'untempered' the track 1 Sheep comes from a different REC. The trader had put at that time this track to make a complete show. I've always loved the early arrangement of the European '77 tour- the keyboard solo sounds almost like the bontempi TM keyboard from my sister *I only have his name, but his email his inactive and this was years before yeeshkul; thus I don't think he is here... |
