Recorded at the Philipshalle, Dusseldorf, Germany. Very good audience recording. The tapes were recorded with Dolby B on and I left it off for the transfer. The right channel was duller and hissier, so it was a straightforward decision to drop it. This is a really enjoyable concert - listen out in particular for CWTAE, which sounds great. Marbal received his cassettes in August 1988 from a trading contact who got his copy from the late Rolf Ossenberg. It is likely that Marbal's cassettes are 2nd gen.
