| Recorded at the Alte Seilerei, Mannheim, Germany. Great audience recording. From the info file: Yeah. I found myself writing too much, so I deleted everything and try to focus on the facts: A not very large audience - 'Nektar' played in Mannheim the same evening. Thijs van Leer: charming, crazy, brilliant Pierre van der Linden: very very great drummer - no need for him to play a solo (he actually had two), I was listening him most of the time anyway. Bobby Jacobs & Menno Gootjes: lacked the aura of being classic lineup members but great players too. You might like Focus on record but you have to see them live to truly love them: from the softest flute note to the heaviest inferno - you get it all with a big plus of intensity. 'Eruption' alone was worth visiting the concert.
