The first time I tried to record from above. It was a bit of a guess, but it turned out fine. Sound is clean and clear. Slight chatter from the people to the left, but not during the songs. I recorded this straight from the mic without the pre-amp, because itÕs not working properly. So no bass roll off. Dynamics are still pretty good I think. Tracks were slightly EQ-ed and volume was a bit corrected, but I kept the dynamics in tact. I use no compression. After correction, tracks were split at sector boundaries. Flacs are tagged for convenient playback on compatible systems. ABOUT THE CONCERT Camel did a short Summer Tour this year, being revived in 2013 after AndyÕs illness. This time old material was prominent, with the album Moonmadness as the centre of the show. The last song is dedicated to two ex Camel players, Chris Rainbow and Guy LeBlanc who died recently. The ambience was fantastic, and the band was good. Some mistakes, most notable during Uneven Song. The crowd cheered for over 7 minutes after the second encore, but they didnÕt come back for more.
