Comfortably Numb Notes: From all the available audio recordings of the 3rd night at RAH, I decided to work on BNZ's recording because it was an excellent capture with a lot of details and the location allowed a well balanced sound, with good presence of instruments (other audio recordings from that night had a more 'distant' sound). The EQ was adjusted to have a better clarity and a deeper sound (the low end was somehow missing on the original recording). With this remaster, the sound is very close to what I really heard that night in the Royal Albert Hall: strong drumming really driving the performance, vocals a bit buried, and crystalline guitar sound. The original recording had one annoying thing: a guy clapping along the music during some songs (Wish You Were Here, Money, Shine On...). As a consequence I had to manually erase hundreds of claps from Mr. Clapman, so that the music can be enjoyed without the disturbing claps (that were not always in the tempo). ;-) Enjoy!
