Let's Make Pop looked at the stages in music-making, 'from boys and girls learning the guitar to a session with the Pink Floyd which makes full use of modern recording techniques.' It was produced by Morton Surguy and broadcast at 2.05pm, then repeated on Thursday 6 March 1969. The band were working on Cirrus Minor and the recording was made at EMI Studios, Abbey Road on 17 December 1968.

Marbal's tape runs slow and I applied a +3.53% speed correction on advice from goldenband. Marbal received his tape in November 1985 from Rolf Ossenberg and it was recorded with Dolby B, which I left off for this transfer.

Yeeshkul member Escapist did a very nice restoration job on a previous transfer of Marbal's tape in February 2014 that is worth seeking out if you don't have a copy. My transfer sounds better than the raw version he used.
