Total running time: 2 hours 20 minutes 54 seconds (contains a minor repeat in track 7)

A nice transfer of NB's 1st gen copy of this stereo recording. Most of the concert is on a TDK D90 and the rest is on a BASF LH C60. Pictures of the tapes are included in the folder. The C90 content sounds better. My source said that the show was transferred on 26 December 2007 and no processing was applied.

The songs are divided across the cassettes and have been speed corrected in Reaper, after advice from goldenband, as follows:

* C90 Side 1 (part 1) tracks 1-2
No speed correction was required.

* C60 Side 2 some audience and tuning followed by song 3 and the opening to track 4; some heart beats from the opening to DSOTM.
-0.52% has been applied. SOYCD accelerates from almost correct to about +1.05% fast over the course of the song, so correcting by -0.52% was a workable compromise value. It's still a bit fast at the end but only a tiny bit.

Judging by the title it was given, the file was speed corrected before I received it, so we were correcting the correction - not ideal. My source believed that the correction was applied on the ZX7 but this deck doesn't have pitch adjust.

* C90 Side 1 (part 2) Audience followed by tracks 4-7. Time has a 2m40s repeat which can be easily spotted because there is a fade in and fade out.
A +0.21 speed correction has been applied. We wouldn't normally make such a fine adjustment but putting it up by this percentage makes Time the same speed on both tapes. Goldenband measured it empirically (length between transients).

* C90 Side 2 tracks 7-14
No change was required. This side starts out a hair slow and finishes up just a hair fast, both well within tolerance, so we left it alone.

* C60 Side 1 some audience and tuning followed by Echoes
-0.696% speed correction.

The raw source was all quite close to the correct speed but given the high quality of this source goldenband and I thought it was worth making these minor adjustments.

The volume fluctuates and is particularly low on the last side containing Echoes. I added 2.08dB to all the sides except the last one containing Echoes, where I added 5.95dB. This last side has a noticeable low pitch hum. If you look at the waveform for SOYCD it might look like I should have added less gain but I decided to continue the pattern to demonstrate how the taper is likely to have adjusted his recording levels during the course of the show.
