Originally demo tape recorded in late 1979 as an independent production but never saw the light. It was entirely instrumental and featured tracks that they recorded over the previous years. The complete track list for No TV Tonite was: Side A: Choosing a Farmer (Part 1) Sleep Until You Wake On Stephen's Castle Down Shafts of Light The Run Side B: Another Realisation Of Tide and Change Dans Le Parc Du Chateau Noir A second demo was compiled in early 1980 featuring: Hen - Choosing a Farmer (Part 2) and For Christ's Sake. However this was not put on general sale and Choosing a Farmer (Part 2) was never mixed. There were in circulation poor quality of No TV Tonite cassette copies and the only official material is the G.E.P. 2001 release under the name of A Word In Your Eye CD that features modern recordings of The Lens material. |
