Track 1-2 recorded September 12th, Royal Festival Hall, London, UK. Track 3-4 recorded September 13th, Royal Festival Hall, London, UK. Note that 'Part 3' was never performed live before. There are some small skips during track 3 and 4. Disc 2: Roger appeared at the Timothy White tribute 'Music To My Ears'. Track 1-3 recorded October 7th, The Fleet Center, Boston, MA, USA. Track 4-6 recorded October 8th, Madison Square Garden, New York, NY, USA. Track 7-10 recorded at 'Whip Craic', Royal Albert Hall, London, UK, at 16th October 2002. The premiere of The Ca Ira Overture was played by the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra. The other three songs were all accompanied by this orchestra.
