Pink Floyd - The Dark Side Of The Moon (DTS) (unknown source) |

Notes |
The source of this surround mix is unknown, but it is different from the SQ vinyl. From the info file: DTS is a discrete digital surround sound format that allows 5.1 channels of audio to be recorded onto a normal compact disc. In order to play back a DTS-encoded CD, you'll need: 1. A CD player with a digital output. Coaxial or optical both work fine. 2. A DTS decoder. It's very common these days for receivers to include DTS and Dolby Digital decoders. If you don't have both of these items, a DTS-encoded CD will just sound like noise. This particular DTS version came to me in a trade with no information. It is by far the best version I've heard IMO. I like this one better than the SQ vinyls, it has clearer sound and more distinct movement of sound. Enjoy!!! - floydian_from_buffalo |
