Recorded at the Convention Hall, Community Concourse, San Diego, CA. Fantastic audience recording. This recording also has 'Blues' from this concert. From the info file: Pink Floyd - 1971-10-17 San Diego Golden Hall audience / Mast Cass.>HiFi>DAT(2)>SHN[48Khz] Source: audience / Mast Cass.>HiFi>DAT(2)>SHN[48Khz] > WAV > CEP > 44.1KHz > SHN Length: 91:08 minutes SQ : EX+ 01 - Careful With That Axe, Eugene [13:42] 02 - Fat Old Sun [16:29] 03 - Atom Heart Mother [16:45] 04 - The Embryo [12:19] - 05 - Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun [13:50] 06 - Cymbaline [12:02] 07 - Blues [5:57] Converted 48KHz to 44.1KHz using CEP with Highest Quality (999) and Pre/Post Filter. Comments: sounds more or less like From Oblivion (already the best sounding version around); has actually maybe some turbolences more but it's uncut, including chats and Waters' intros that were edited out in other versions. One of my favorite versions of cwtae (very relaxed) and the best version of 'fat old sun', imho. hats off to the boys, specially Rick Wright (just check out FOS from 7:00 to 14:00, it's mind blowing, to me atleast). Converted to 44.1KHz by fatoldpig For trade only, do not sell. Do not encode as MP3 or any other lossy format and redistribute. |
