Notes |
Recorded at the Grand Cafe Verderop, Delft, The Netherlands. Bonus tracks (4-8 on disc 2) recorded at Tivoli, Utrecht, The Netherlands (18 April 1998). Very nice audience recording. From the info file: Band: Porcupine Tree Title: From the Low Stage Source: Master -> CDR -> CDR -> CDparanoia -> flac In April 1998 Porcupine Tree did a mini tour of the Netherlands, and in this tour they performed a handful of songs that would eventually end up on thier next studio album. Some of these songs are drastically different on this tour (even less for example is over 15 minutes). Whereas Stupid Dream ended up being more song oriented, with quite a bit of overdubs, the early live versions are more loose , more spacey and (In my personal opinion) the live show is much better then the resulting album. Recorded in Grand Cafe Verderop in Delft on the 17th of April 1998. Filler material taken from the next days gig in Utrecht.
