Recorded at the Parc des Expositions, Colmar, France. Very good audience recording. From the info file: Pink Floyd 1974-06-22 Lineage: 1stGEN > CDR(1) > flac CD1 01 Shine On You Crazy Diamond 22.13 02 Raving and Drooling 10.30 03 Echoes 23.27 CD2 01 speak to me 2.15 02 Breathe 2.52 03 On the Run 5.48 04 Time 5.51 05 breathe (reprise) 1.03 06 tGGitS 6.27 07 Money 8.02 08 Us & Them 7.35 09 Any Colour You Like 6.59 10 Brain Damage 3.29 11 Eclipse 1.49 TOT LENGTH: 108.20 notes: this is a reindexed version of the 1st gen CDR, which had some tracks skips and Echoes split in 2. Echoes is here missing the Waters' intro included in my other version too (Echoes here starts from the beginning of the song). the tape sounds really bright, but there's an annoying noise on the back, as an ancient movie reel spinning all along the recording (just to give an idea). This noise appears on the first half of SOYCD (1-5) till m 13:35 ; then again on Echoes; then on the Dark Side Set: first 3 tracks till near to the end of OTR > restarts at the end of TGGITS till about a half of U&T. Several speed problems... this on the original master I guess... I really think the taper had problems with his recorder... The weird noise is not in my other complete Colmar RoIO (Hip Cat), which sounds near to EX as brightness but again, because of these speed-problems, this recording in general can’t deserve more than a VG+. This supposed 1st gen is a bit more crispy than the Hip Cat release but has this weird noise... so what to choose? ... to the posterity the hard verdict.
