| Recorded at the Rosemont Horizon, Chicago, Illinois, USA. Very good audience recording. From the info file: Roger Waters Rosemont Horizon Chicago, Illinois, USA July 26, 1984 2 cassettes (unknown gen) -> Philips CD-RW ->EAC ->SHN A copy of this tape, most likely 1st gen, was sent to me by Quentin1840, who got them from the taper. The quality of them was pretty much exactly the same as the one I found in the PRS hub, but the break before set 2 was longer. Also, side four of the online version was recorded with the azimuth off, causing it to be duller than the rest of the show. I used Quentin1840's tape to replace side 4 and punch in the extended set break (about 2 minutes of the Shane movie playing on Rog's giant TV). I recut all the tracks and speed corrected the entire thing, which was about 70% of a tone fast. This is taper 2, the best sounding and most spatial of the 4 recorders. The tape flips in The Remains Of Our Love after the lyric 'I said...OK' was patched in with pieces from taper 3, EQd and spatialized to match taper 2 as closely as possible. The tape flip in Pros And Cons of Hitchhiking was patched with a tiny piece (just audience...to maintain the proper time flow of the show) of taper 1 and a larger piece (the actual intro of Every Stranger's Eyes) of taper 3. The rest of the show is untouched as far as changes go, other than a boost in volume. I didn't touch the EQ on this as I deemed it fine to begin with.
