Marillion - Sindelfingen (LDB Special Series #213) |

Recorded at the Stadthalle, Sindelfingen, Germany. Very good audience recording. From the info file: LDB Special Series #213 Out of my 7,000+ shows and radio broadcasts, I have many concerts that were special for some reasons: the setlist, the musicians, the venue or unexpected events. These are the ones I'd like to propose you. Most of these come from my cassettes collection, so they will be released at a slower pace than my Master Series! But you won't be disappointed! I will try to gather the most unusual things I have in my collection and, as always, your feedback and comments will be my reward for all the work involved in this project. DO NOT share this music on mp3, just convert it for your own use. Sharing mp3's is the right way to make me stop sharing music here. The Fugazi one was the first one I saw and was probably one of the best. Almost 26 years ago! After the UK and a short US tour, the band tried to break Europe for the first time with a few dates in Germany + Zurich. Sindelfingen must have been the first or the second one of the short tour. Setlist great with the inclusion of an unusual Charting the Single which lasted only for these dates. Since then, it was never played again. this is a nice 2nd generation copy I traded a bit after (late 90's) but it sounds quite clean. As an addition I took an alternative source of this show where there was a Fish interview done the day of the show in Stuttgart. Overall, a great listening experience. Enjoy! ldb Dedicated to Rummenigge who's been trying to upload one of his shows for so long but only gets error messages and cannot seed anything! C'mon, try it again! |
