Recorded at the Santa Monica Civic Center, Santa Monica, CA, USA. Excellent recording (probably SBD). Very good transfer from LP. From the info file: Supertramp Alien 1976-03-20 Santa Monica Civic Center, Santa Monica, CA liberated bootleg 'Alien', Saturated Recordworks source: vinyl LP --> Mac --> CDR --> flac (level 6) with xACT 01-School 02-Bloody Well Right 03-Sister Moonshine 04-Ain't Nobody But Me 05-Dreamer 06-Rudy 07-A Soap Box Opera 08-Lady VG+/EX sound on this. Sounds like soundboard to me. Nothing was done to edit, equalize, or else tamper with this sound. It comes directly from the vinyl LP 'Alien'. Some clicks and surface vinyl noise remain. The cover says 'recorded on the 1976 tour of the United States', but I did some searching and found the above date listed for this bootleg and I assume it's correct. I have included scans of the LP labels. Enjoy!
