From the info file:

Dear 'Dime' Members,
We decided to make this particular concert a special upload all on it's own.
It's in celebration of it's 38th Anniversary this year on this very day that it was recorded.
And what a recording it is!!
I don't usually go out of my way to praise the quality or rarity of any of the given recordings
that have been part of the WTE series, but this one really stands out.
For a recording from 1974, this is outstanding quality and captures ELOY in the peak of their 70's 'Sapce Rock' era.
This is truly a 'Holy Grail' recording for ELOY 'freaks', fans & collector's alike.

So Ladies & Gentleman, Boys & Girls, Brothers & Sisters,
For your entertainment & 'earjoyment'
I present to you;
