Sources used:

1) Silver rip of Pink Pigs Over Fillmore West (EB-30) (tracks 1 - 9)
2) Silver rip of Interstellar Encore (OMS-002/3) (track 10)

1) Four tracks contained digital errors that were cleaned up post extraction: Astronomy Domine, Cymbaline, Atom Heart Mother and The Embryo
An out of place audio fragment of two secs before Grantchester Meadows cuts in was edited out
On tracks 1 - 7 the right channel was eliminated and the left channel was copied to the right, no other processing was done
Tracks 1 - 7 were retracked
2) Identical to the Pink Pigs Over Fillmore West bootleg with the exception of an extra 15 secs after Interstellar Overdrive (Pink Pigs fades out), including the sound of the recorder being switched off
The left channel's gain was increased with 1.2dB, no other processing was done

Adobe Audition 3.0.1 was used for editing and adjustments, CD Wave 1.96.1 for tracking and Flac Frontend 1.7.1 for tagging and encoding to flac level 8

Notes:

Up to STCFTHOTS the source is mono with the right channel having no extra content except a squeeking sound and some faint extraneous noises, attenuated treble in the right channel and boosted treble in the left, creating a fake stereo effect. A stripe is present just under 18kHz in both channels until IO where it's just above 16kHz, very faint in the left channel and thicker in the right channel.
Eliminating the right channel in favour of the left got rid of the squeeling noise in the right channel and the fake stereo effect on the first 7 tracks (even though it loses some nice fake stereo panning during CWTAE).
After The Embryo there’s a cut and a change in sound until the fade out after CWTAE (same recording but noise reduced with a swishing noise and some additional fake stereo processing). From STCFTHOTS it changes to a different, audience, recording in stereo, with a few (mono fold down) dropouts at the beginning of STCFTHOTS from 1 min 19 secs until 3 mins 7 secs in. 50 Secs after STCFTHOTS it switches back to the source before (dual mono this time) for 1 min and 27 secs, then it switches back again to the stereo source until 10 secs before IO where there’s another source switch (most probably the same stereo audience recording as before). After being absent from STCFTHOTS onwards the squeeling noise in the right channel returns about 11 mins into ASoS and stays until the end.
Grantchester Meadows cuts in, there's a cut between AD and Cymbaline, missing 17 secs of tuning, two cuts during the footsteps sequence of Cymbaline, missing 2 mins and 8 secs, before The Embryo there's 1 min and 25 secs missing, including part of Water’s introduction of the song, between The Embryo and GITC there's another cut, missing 18 secs, and there's a fade out 16 secs after CWTAE. STCFTHOTS fades in, missing about 3 mins of music.
