Actually, it sounds like a brief repeated segment that was intentionally(?) faded during the analog transfer. No comment! Considered editing the brief repeated bit out, but decided to leave the artifact for the distinguishing mark that it was probably intended to be at some point. Ringing noise appears during Cymbaline, this is a defect native to certain analog branches of the full recorder. For some reason, Interstellar was absent on the my source's tape copy. There are some branches of this recorder that are absenting the ring, implying an earlier cassette copy before reels began to degrade.
