Merry x-mas to all you Kyuss lovers. This recording was shot from the left sided balcony with a tripod. Very close to the stage. No heads in the way. Super steady; excellent audio. I had so much trouble in putting my recording to dvd in a proper way. first 100 min were on a tape that had some real tracking problems. I tried several cameras, but the picture was awful on all of them. Then I convinced some guy from a tv station to try it with a high professional machine. It was okay in way, but he must be stoned doin it `cause the audio was out of synch. Last week I gave it a last try with my neighbors camera…and you know what: It worked ! At least the picture was better than ever, but the sound was just one channel, so I synched the picture with my Dat master. There are still some tiny little white points at the bottom of the screen, but I can`t get it any better. There`s one little mini cut when the first encore starts and a few seconds of the last songs are only sound with no picture (caused by changing the tape). But if you want to start moaning….come on over and smell my fist ! Oh no…it`s x-mas…forget the fist. What I want to say is: I worked hard on this one `cause I loved the response on my last years Kyuss presents. This here is a fresh transfer. Uncirculated. A fucking great show in a very, very, very good quality from master. It`s a dark and foggy show, but that`s how they were ;). Roll a forbidden cigarette get your Jack and enjoy ! Garcia sings Kyuss ?
