Recorded at the Grote Markt, Tienen, Belgium. Great audience recording. From the info file: David Gilmour Grote Markt, Tienen, Belgium Thursday 28th July 2016 Taper: dorenberg Recording gear: Tascam DR-2d internal mics at 24bit/96kHz Transfer: SDHC card --> Audition 24bit --> Level normalizing --> Splitting --> WAV 16bit --> FLAC level 8 (TLH) --> You Duration: 2h 50m 29sec Recorded from the left part of the golden circle. Around 5 meters from the stage. The sound quality of the concert was really good. The whole recording turned out really good. It started to rain during the second set and it was quite windy. However, this is not noticable during this recording. I did not shield the recorder from the rain because this was the best concert since times. If the recorder was malfunctioning during the rain that was considered bad luck. But luckily no issues at all. Security at the entrance were rather strict. Had to show everything in my pocket. And searched with a portable metal detector. Showed the Tascam DR-2d and they just said, OK. If I had to name one flaw of the concert, then it would be the performance of The Great Gig in The Sky. This was rather disappointing for me.
