(10:13) Facts & remastering notes : I attended the 27 july (first night) show but Looking for a live recording of the event, I was quite disapointed to see that there were none to suface but a collection of most Floyd songs put together on video. I discovered two other sources from july the 28 rating from average to very goood but I wanted to bring them more brilliant, with more presece, more punchy to my ears so I decided to go on for a complete remastering process. I do not say that this version is the ultimate one because I know each of us has his own standards in sound quality but, anyway, this is the closest way I wanted to hear the show as I remember the fantastic sound quality on spot. First I remastered each source separately, each track individualy giving them the best sound I could. You know for sure what the too much / lack of bass or trebble problems with bootlegs means. I had too work very hard on some tracks that were full of interferences like heavy wind disturbance, heavy clapping or the usual unecessary chats, especialy during quite sections. It was not possible to erease all those anoying stuff but I tried to do the best I could to keep the files listenable without altering them too much. I had to restore the out of balance parts when necessary and correct the volume level for each track. Sometimes I had to patch and fill in some very disturbed sections too. Then I mixed the two sources together and corrected some tracks again. I hope you will enjoy this work, your comments are welcome except if to say you can do better, in that case : « shut up and do it ! » Share freely, do not sell, do not convert in low quality formats.
