Title: Calling Number 228
Source: Eric the Toe's Freaky Vinyl Vault

Taken from near mint vinyl titled 'Double Bubble.'
Released exclusively on Floydartifacts, March, 2005

Numbered 228 of 1,000 copies pressed. Originally produced by The Bubble Company with a source tape from Bugs, supervised by Johnny Walker, mixed by Jack Daniels, sound control by R.M. Dolby, and live atmosphere by the unknown audience. The Red cover sleeve with the blue print and keyhole-like image was conceived by Jim Beam. However, it's not a keyhole. I was told it was an attempt to make the cover resemble a wrapped piece of bubble gum, and the 'keyhole' is the twisted end of the wrapper.

LP> Sony PS-LX250H> Sony STR-DE895 >Harman/Kardon CDR26> Exactaudiocopy> SHN

Sound transfer to disc performed by Flynn of MoLM, using an optical connection from the receiver to the HK. No additional EQ was peformed.

#228 was recently obtained by the MoLM team, and judged to be in better shape than other source material on CD and tape that we had in stock from the same date.

This is one of the must-have dates from the 1972 tour. The band puts in great performances of their older, post-Syd and pre-DSotM classics. In fact, I really don't recall any other 1972 dates when Eclipse was not performed. It seems the band played a single set, with Saucerful of Secrets as the sole encore.

Sadly, there is a poorly edited cut towards the end of CWtAE. This is either due to a tape flip or was done to fit the music on the album side.
