notes:
This is from my own 3rd generation tape (as copied from a 2nd gen tape in 2005)
A nice recording overall, but not among the best sounding ones of the tour. Strange enough, the audience near to the taper speaks English here, or rather American-English ... may be some PF tourists in Germany or whatever, the recording is surely 100% genuine from this date.
This is an alt recorder of the gig, not the same as the one that circulated already in digital format, sound quality is nice but tends a bit to distort in the loud parts (maybe not very good mics were used); speed was a bit slow especially on the second part of the recording so I made some speedcorrection once transferred the tapes; also from near to the end of side C (exactly from One Sleep) the sound quality changes, as the taper moved to another place or just hid the mic.
I joined side B&C soon before U&T starts (the song was partially on side B and again from the beginning on side C); side C&D were joined on the applauses before RLH (also this audience portion was both at the end of side C and then again on side D).
The Dogs Of War is cut and WTTM is cut in the middle, this prolly on the original master.
All the cuts and songs fading in/out are on the CDs as they are on the tapes, except the fading out on OOTD and the fading in on Time that I created to divide the recording into 2 parts compatible with 80m cdrs ... for this reason I repeated a small part of the end of OOTD (4 seconds) making it fade in a the beginning on CD2.
