Note: There are some gaps on this record, and some fade in-outs. And from Disc 1 track 11 and all of Disc 2 the record runs too slow. But the good thing about this is that Poles Apart and Lost For Words are played. So I would only recommend this too completist or 94 tour fans. And if someone would like to fix this gaps and speedcorrect the songs that needs to be corrected I would be very greatful.

-----------------------------------------------

The preceeding was the text file that went with the SHN's I used to make this partially 'fixed' version of this show.

I removed 16 gaps, fadeout fadein's and short repeated segments . Part of the recording played too slow so I increased the speed of disc 2 by 1%.
It also has a flutter (fast repeatedly occuring speed fluctions) problem. This flutter gives the sound of disc 1 tracks 11 - 12 and all of disc 2 a fast warbling sound. The flutter occurs at the rate of about 6 or 7 times a second.

I can't fix a flutter problem so that was not attempted.

The rate of flutter seems to indicate to me that the discs were made from a reel to reel copy. It sounds like the tension arm on the supply reel side is bouncing against the tape causing the flutter. It could easily be for another reason, this is just my best guess.

If a copy was used then it's possible the original tape was not like this and may surface someday.

The first 10 tracks on disc 1 are the best version of this show that I've heard. I put out a version from another recorder which sounds like it was made from the nose bleed section. 1994-04-03 The Alamodome San Antonio Texas (T-1334).
