When I received this RoIO for trade, I was expecting to get the most common source for this show, that is recorder 1, missing 'Have A Cigar' and 'Wish You Were Here' and featuring NR. But - big surprise - this one appeared to be complete. There was no info.txt with this and the coverart provided no further information. Moreover this RoIO title wasn't to be found in any of the well-known RoIO databases. To make a long story short, my first thought was that this was sourced from REC2, on the only assumption that REC2 was complete. But after verification, I saw that SOYCD6-9 from REC2 was cut at about 6min, and not mine. After listening the whole show with headphones, I only could detect cuts between songs (most probably tune-ups and audience noise), but no patch nor other source, the background noise was always the same. No doubt was possible about the date though, thanks to Mr Water's 'number game' and an audible '11' shouted at 6:00 into P3DO (after the second verse). Could it be an unknown REC3 then?

Here I have to thank littlesheep for taking the time to compare the two previous sources with this one. The result was quite amazing: it was a new source indeed, but from REC1 - unprocessed and even more complete than REC2! A big upgrade in SQ and completeness for the previous circulating RoIO's from REC1!

Enjoy! - Furr
