Recorded at the Palais des Sports de Paris Bercy, Paris, France. Recorded from somewhere in the back, very steady image (maybe the filmer used a tripod). Great recording, albeit a bit distant. This is probably a straight transfer from video tape onto a standalone DVD recorder.
