| Recorded at the Kemper Arena, Kansas City, MO, USA. Just over 20 minutes of footage of great quality. From the info file: Roger Waters Kemper Arena, Kansas City MO August 28, 1999 NTSC DVD There are 3 sections on the DVD The first is Master MDV tape>DVD The second two are Master MDV>Hi Fi VHS>DVD The reason for the extra step is I no longer have the master MDV tape because those tapes were quite expensive in 1999 and almost no footage came out well, so I dubbed a copy of what I had and reused the tape. Quality: When the image is framed, it is excellent, but there are some obstructions, which is why I never bothered to circulate this before. Everything but the first section is for completists. There was way too much security to film the show and enjoy the show, so I chose the latter. First song is the encore 'Each Small Candle' which was only performed once during this tour. The screen is dark for the first 3 minutes or so while Roger gives a long and rambling introduction to the song, but I wanted to include the introduction. The second program is two songs from DSOTM, Breathe & Time The third section is Doyle Bramhall II and Snowy White trading licks on the solo at the end of Comfortably Numb.
