** Note : As the Jadis set was just over 80mins I was not able to put each band on their own separate CD (Doh!!). My decision was to split the Jadis set between the 2 CDs as above.
However some folks might not like this decision, so to give them full flexibility so that they can edit the show any way they want it I have included 2 very short overlapping fade-in & fade-out tracks at the end of CD1 & beginning of CD2 that can simply be deleted to leave the Jadis set seamless (e.g. if you only want the Jadis set (82mins total)).
i.e. Delete Tracks 12 'Fade Out' & 13 'Fade In', leaving Track 11 'There's A Light' followed directly by Track 14 'Where In The world'.

Obviously only download the band you want, but I would recommend you go for both as the full show is a cracker!

Notes:

Ticket price: £10 (adv)

A double bill of good old 'Prog Rock'. Two bands reformed for a short run tour aiming to 're-capture the magic of their renowned 'Lurv Ambassadors Tour' from the nineties (1993)'.

I 1st saw Jadis (BTW pronounced 'Jay-dis' not 'Jar-dis') a couple of years ago, also at Mr Kyps, so I knew what to expect = melodic rock with a touch of 'prog'. Shadowland was new to me but I'd heard of Clive Nolan
(singer) of Pendragon fame so was also looking forward to hearing them too.
My conclusion? ... A really excellent show, IMO, with both bands complementing each other, resulting in an excellent evening's entertainment. Highly recommended!

Sadly not that well attended but still a enthusiastic & friendly crowd. My recording has come out very
nicely so I thought I would share it with all you good folks at Dime.

For those interested - basic details of the mastering applied to my original Zoom H2 recording (using
Wavelab6) are as follows:
A: EQ / Multiband Compression / Limiting (-0.2dB max) / Dithering to 16bit
B: WAVs edited to fit on to 2xCDRs (with overlap; see ** above)
C: track split

A note for any finicky audiophiles out there:
Mastering has been done to polish the raw master recording with the aim of enhancing the listening
experience. If you prefer virgin recordings, unspoiled by any such amateur 'dabbling' then do not join in
on this one. Be warned now ... I don't want any whinging! ;-)

But for the rest of you Dime'ers I recommend that you GO FOR THIS ONE ... you won't be disappointed!
I score the sound quality as 9 out of 10 ( = A- ); but hey! ... don't flame me if you don't agree ... & at
least keep it friendly ;-)

If you have any comments, whether positive, negative or otherwise, I would love to read them ... don't be a
lurker!
