Recorded at MTV Overdrive. Some claim this was recorded in Utrecht, The Netherlands, on 3 November 1998 (so it must have been recorded somewhere during the day, before the gig at Vredenburg that evening), others say it was recorded on an unknown date in the MTV Studios in London, UK. I'm not sure who's right. :) Anyway, this is a great recording, taken from a TV broadcast. This is part 1 of a compilation DVD.
