Whilst filmed from the floor, the capture quality here is clear and colourful with mostly good sound. The filmer was obstructed off and on for the whole show, ducking and diving from security, so consequently there are places where you see nothing - in fact the first four minutes or so you see little, but from there on it gets considerably better. Essentially we see mostly Steven, Wes, and Richard - Colin and Gavin are only in a few scenes due to the available shooting angles for the filmer.

This is the only video I've seen (though maybe others are out there) from the 2009 'THE INCIDENT' tour, and it is almost complete. It cuts in at the ambient section of 'Blind House', but from there on it has the entire 'Incident' set. The second set is missing a few seconds of the opening of 'Start of Something Beautiful', cuts sharp right after the closing note of 'Normal' and the first minute or so of 'Bonnie The Cat' is missing. The first encore, 'Sound of Muzak', is complete, though only the very end of the closer, 'Trains', is present from just after where Steven introduces the band members.

So, generally speaking, I'd rate it about a B+ or so for completeness and therefore watchability, although for the collector it is well worth having; at least I think so. The actual quality when the camera is on target is spot on, and I suspect that in the hands of a skilled video editor with access to a few good quality 'source materials' (photos, copies of PT's backing films, a complete audio soundtrack from the night to bridge the gaps, etc) that this could be turned into something quite special.

Many thanks to the person who went through all this hassle so we could get a recording of this concert. It must be hard to really enjoy a show whilst recording, let alone hiding from an active security team looking out for people doing just this; so thanks a lot. Great effort and
much appreciated.
