-Brought the stealth mics & pre amp but decided I'd rather just enjoy the show since it's the only one of the tour I get to see. But my daughter was very insistent that I let her tape instead. I was a little leary because I didn't want her worrying about all the little pains in the ass that stealthing can bring about but she was adament so I let her bring in the R09 & have at it. Much to my surprise this turned out way better than I would have imagined for not only the Edirol internal mics but her very first attempt at taping a show. She's helped me set up and run blocker, etc... at shows for years but this is all Jess' doing.
I suggest playing this through the home system & maybe turn the bass down a bit before assuming this recording is lame. (Jess' wording!)
If you haven't seen this tour you are missing something that is truly amazing, in Jess' own words at the very end of the show, 'Everybody needs to see that.'

Enjoy & Happy Holidays.
