Additional filmer's notes:

The problem with going to venues you're not familiar with, is that you're never exactly sure if your seat will be good for video. I had two tickets for this show. When I scoped out the locations beforehand I was dismayed to find that seat #1 was Bad with a capital B and seat #2 was even Worse with a capital W. But then a kindly usher offered to swap out my seat #2 ticket for a much closer one in the lower bowl. Being so close to the stage (and security) I opted not to use my big cam but went with the lower cal but more discreet point-and-shoot instead. In retrospect I probably could've gotten away with the big cam but one can never argue with playing it safe--especially considering I flew out to Tulsa specifically for this show and wasn't in any mood to get popped.

Out of the dozen Wall shows (2010, 2011) I've seen, this was my first from the vantage point of close on the side stage left. The good: The airplane going overhead, a fresh view of Robbie and Roger trading vocals in Run Like Hell, and my best shots of Dave and G.E.'s acoustic duet (Is There Anybody Out There?) and Outside The Wall yet. The bad: From my angle, the round screen is obstructed during the second half of set 1 as the wall is being constructed. The flower sequence is completely hidden from view which is really unfortunate. I feel badly for the people who paid full price to see only one show and didn't get to see the graphics. The ugly: Well there's nothing TOO ugly. Hope you like it. :-)

Regarding Blu-ray: I'm not sold on the idea of doing a Blu-ray of footage that is only 1280x720 sourced to begin with (as opposed to 1920x1080). If you have arguments either way let's hear them.
