This is the french TV commercial for the launch of Boys for Pele. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Pre-notes: Please... be gentle to me because it's my first torrent, i'm quite new to the production of dvd, i'm bad at doing artworks, and this file is probably written is a bad english because i'm french.. :-) Notes: I was planning to put my old videotapes on DVD before they die, but talking with some Tori fans on forums, i found that some of them were looking for these tv appearances. So here they are ! The overall quality is quite good for 10 years old tapes. I tried to use some virtualdub filters to improve the quality, but i found nothing very convincing, so i decided to transfer it untouched. The picture quality of the dvd and the original vhs are identical, it hasn't been altered by the transfer and mpeg2 compression. There's a little ghosting on the M6 shows but nothing too disturbing. I think the 'taratata' shows can be interesting for non-french speaking people because the host translates his questions to Tori, so most of the conversation is understandable for english speaking people. On the other shows, there's french commentaries about Tori and Boys for Pele, but when Tori speaks she's subtitled, so no problem here too. Questions, commentaries, suggestions are welcome.
